Our well equipped in-house laboratory serves both our production facility and our customers directly.

Our process solutions are analysed and maintained by laboratory staff ensuring that all process chemistry is kept within their optimum working parameters.

Another key function for the laboratory is that of thickness testing. Our main apparatus for this is our non-destructive X-ray florescent unit. As well as giving an accurate thickness measurement at a specified point, it enables us to analyse the coating. This is of particular importance in the case of our zinc nickel alloy process where we need to confirm that the composition of the coating meets the required specification.
