A new client in the Management Consulting sector needed appointments with Managing Directors of small to medium size businesses. He had been spending time trying to make the appointments him self but not getting very far.


The first thing we did was to identify the market sector he was after and the geographical area he wanted his appointments in.


Once this was achieved we then had to look at how he was selling him self. We created a script that identified a reason for MDs of companies to agree to see him. Needless to say while trying to make his own appointments he had not done any of the above.


With the right tools in place we went about the task of setting appointments. With in two weeks we had made 15 appointments spanning a 3 week period. Of these 7 turned into business as the client was able to speak to the right person and they knew why he was there.
